Hello,
Today I was thinking about over coming fear.  It seems like once you have faced fear.  It was not really that big of a deal.
As a song writer it is very important that I can play and sing to get my songs out there.  I was scared to death. The first few times I played my guitar I hid behind the piano where no one could see me. I finally got in front of the mic.  I was shaking so bad I could hardly play.  Now I get nervous but I play in different venues in front of all kinds of people.
If I had never faced that fear my songs would not have been heard.  There are many lives that would not have been touched by the wonder of God's love.

Notice I didn't plunge myself into playing in front of a lot of people.  I took it a step at a time.  That is the approach I continue to take.  It works and my fears turned into victories.

Music before the battle

Yesterday made me think about battles.  For thousand upon thousand of years everywhere people have had to fight for their freedom, lands and/or family.  Today we also have personal battles as well.
In the book of Psalms it talks about the singers and music going before the armies with songs and praise.   That is what we should always do is start every battle with song and praise.

The singers went before, the players on instruments followed after; Among them were the maidens playing timbrels. (‭Psalms‬ ‭68‬:‭25‬ NKJV)

"Crazy Good" on its way!

Hello,
I am very excited to announce that I have just finished my 3rd CD called "Crazy Good".  I am planning on releasing a single first and not the whole Cd.  Each song has a very special message and I want each one to get special attention.  What I have found from my previous Cd's is that God has designed different songs for each individual.  Unlike a lot of CDs that have one hit.  It is amazing how everyone has a complelety different song they love.  I am truly humbled by the feedback and the lives the music has touched.

I will keep everyone updated on the process as well.  Maybe my learnings will help others.
